Alzheimer’s Wandering Registry

The Alzheimer’s Wandering Registry is a program that assists police in finding a person who is lost and returning them safely to their home. Also known as Safely Home, It is a nationwide program developed by the Alzheimer Society of Canada.

Once a person is registered (the "member"), vital information is stored confidentially on a police database. This information can be accessed by police anytime a member is missing. This information is not disclosed to the public and is completely voluntary.
